We are passionate about all things property! This passion is about so much more than just property investments, numbers, and spreadsheets, it is about the relationships and genuine care we build with our clients.
We are exceptionally privileged when we are asked to assist our clients to help grow their investment property portfolios or even kick start their first purchase. Unlike most Buyers Agents, we are selective about our clients and do not try and do as many sales as possible – the emphasis is always on quality over quantity!
Our goal is not only to find the ultimate solution for them but to do so in a manner that ensures continued success by choosing locations primed for capital growth and the right cash flow for our client's goals.

Meet the Team
Steve Palise
Owner
Having acquired a huge property portfolio that allowed him to leave the workforce before the age of 30, he is now passionate about helping others to achieve their goals and financial freedom. His philosophy is that investments should increase your wealth and passive income, with as little risk as possible.
In his business, Steve draws on the mathematical and analytical skills developed in his previous life as a chartered mechanical and structural design engineer, to break down what works best in residential and commercial property. As with engineering, property investment is based primarily on numbers.
Steve has secured 1000+ properties for his clients and purchased in every capital city and all major regional towns in Australia. He is known in the industry as a leading property educator, with a constant stream of videos, blogs, articles, and free resources for the public.
He believes property investing should be not only smart but enjoyable along the way!
Liam Carmody
General Manager
From his previous career in Civil Engineering, Liam understands that first and foremost the numbers need to make sense particularly when it comes to investing in property.
Throughout his journey as a Chartered Civil Engineer managing large infrastructure projects worth a total of $2.8bn, he has amassed an enviable property portfolio that continues to expand each year.
Liam has now gained numerous qualifications in the property space, becoming a qualified Real Estate Agent, and a Buyers Agent.
He is passionate about helping people first to understand why they should be investing in their financial future through property. Understanding the needs of his clients, Liam can formulate the appropriate strategy for each unique situation, providing expert advice for his clients to make an informed decision promptly.
Liam firmly believes that time is our most precious resource. By leveraging other people's time and expertise, as well as using property as a leveraging tool, he knows we can all succeed together and enjoy life on our terms.
Andrew Bean
Head of Client Strategy
Andrew Bean is a self-proclaimed commercial property nerd. He created and hosts Australia’s number #1 commercial property podcast, The Commercial Property Show Australia, and founded CP Data, the first Australian commercial property data platform to break down commercial property markets sector by sector with data to give the investor and property professional an unbiased view of their chosen market.
Andrew started seriously honing his skills back in 2016 and has since become a standout in his knowledge and understanding of commercial property.
He is now considered one of the most knowledgeable educators in the commercial property realm and is a leading expert in Australia for self-storage!
Andrew has a love of health and sport, having played professional baseball for Australia and Germany. He now spends his extra time training CrossFit and hanging out with his two children.
He strongly believes that investing in high cash flowing real estate assets is the ultimate wealth vehicle of choice. He is committed to guiding, acquiring, and providing the opportunity for investors to build wealth alongside us, in long term stable assets with high, predictable returns.
Kelly Hestermann
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer at Palise Property, Kelly brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic leadership style to the organisation. With a career spanning over 20 years, she has cultivated a reputation for excellence in operational management, driving growth and fostering impactful relationships.
Kelly's wide-ranging experiences span from successfully scaling a startup from conception to pre-IPO stage to optimising fundraising efforts for nonprofit organisations.
These diverse endeavours have equipped her with a versatile skill set and a well-documented history of achievement in navigating dynamic business environments.
With a passion for implementing customer-centric strategies to optimise both B2C and B2B functions, Kelly’s ability to drive sustainable growth while ensuring client satisfaction remains at the forefront of all operations here at Palise Property.
Outside of her professional endeavours and as a Mum to two very active boys, you can find Kelly most weekends on the sideline of a soccer pitch with a coffee in hand!

Letitia's journey from a paramedic to property investment exemplifies her dynamic adaptability and innate problem-solving skills.
Her early experience in healthcare has instilled in her a keen attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Fuelled by a genuine passion for property investment and a knack for identifying renovation potential, she has a multimillion-dollar portfolio across residential and commercial markets. Her acute understanding of market trends and property dynamics allows her to make calculated decisions.
Letitia's journey has come full circle as she now relishes sharing her insights with clients. By merging her problem-solving prowess and property expertise, she assists clients in unlocking the hidden value within properties.
Sarah Stanley
Settlements Manager
With her passion for real estate, Sarah has built, invested, and renovated a large number of properties across Australia and wants to enable others to do the same.
Sarah is both a qualified office manager and buyers advocate with a plethora of experience - having worked in London, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
With a keen eye for detail and a thorough personal understanding of just how crucial it is to get your property acquisition right, she is the one you want in your corner.
Sarah’s strengths are multitasking, problem solving, and the ability to navigate her clients through a complicated transaction whilst always putting their needs first.
Being a mother of four, in her very limited spare time she enjoys yoga, camping and spending time with her family.
Jeff Palise
Due Diligence Manager
Having been with Palise Property since the beginning, Jeff is the absolute backbone of the company, ensuring a smooth process and optimum outcome for all our clients.
Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in Health Science, and in his previous career was responsible for running gym and health programs for the University of Western Sydney.
He has transferred his organisation skills and attention to detail into the property industry flawlessly.
Jeff assists in all aspects of the business - performing due diligence on all our properties, collating files and documents, as well as supporting the sales team and our clients.
Daily, he is communicating with selling agents and solicitors to facilitate a smooth settlement process for all parties. Jeff has a diverse array of contacts and connections in his database combined with extensive in-depth knowledge of the commercial and residential market.
David Beckett
Property Analyst / Valuer
David is a lover of property! He has a vast experience in residential and commercial property sourcing, inspections, analytics, and settlement management.
Having completed a bachelor’s degree in Property Valuation, David brings another level to our due diligence team and property analytics.
As soon as you meet him, you can see his honest and genuine passion for property and client success.
Previously, having 20+ years’ experience in the domestic and international hotel sector, David has transitioned his skills in managing clients’ interests and assets to the property investment industry!
David is also a member of the API Property Professionals Board and shares a passion for food, wine, travel, and the never-ending pursuit of reducing his golf handicap.

Anita is also a proud fur-mummy to a French Bulldog who enjoys tagging along with her to pet-friendly cafes as well as open house inspections on the weekends.

Anita joins Palise Property with a broad range of experience in both the corporate and private sector, with over 15+ years of industry knowledge in property and construction law.
As an astute lawyer, she's supported commercial and strategic property negotiations, advised on commercial property leasing risks, and formulated legal strategies for clients to maximise income from their property investments.
Adrian Cicino
Property Strategist
From previously being a buyers agent sceptic, to then a client of Palise Property, Adrian soon discovered the power of working with the right team!
Adrian adds yet another Chartered Engineer to the Palise Property team, further solidifying our attitude we have towards property - it is always about the numbers and logic. Throughout his journey as a Chartered Civil Engineer he has managed large Infrastructure projects worth a total of $2 billion.
With an impressive portfolio himself, he is a believer in the power of investment and driving passive income. Adrian enjoys sourcing properties and working closely with clients - understanding their life goals and helping them achieve these through property investment.
Adrian has a calmed and relaxed character, however explodes in excitement when opportunities present that really suit his clients investment plans. He has two young children, a love for good food and whisky, and enjoys spending time relaxing with family and friends.
Joe Tucker
Head of Research
Joe is an accomplished professional with over 12+ years of research and negotiation experience within the Property technology industry.
He is a qualified Real Estate Buyers Agent, holding numerous qualifications in the property space, including a Cert IV in Property Investing, Buyers Agent Institute degree, and licensed all around Australia.
Joe is an active property investor with his own multimillion-dollar property portfolio.
Joe’s passion for property investing has always been there, he first looked to become a Real Estate agent, he got qualified yet soon realised that becoming a Real Estate Agent does not actually allow you to understand property investing, that is a separate skill altogether.
Joe is also the co-owner of Australia’s Largest Property Investor Communities online. This was formed out of a passion for property and wanting to share the journey with others.
Joe’s experiences in property technology have given him a unique insight into the data of the real estate industry, which is invaluable in location and asset selection from an investment perspective.
Francesco Dimento
Research Analyst
Francesco brings a unique blend of analytical expertise, forward-thinking and a genuine passion for the property industry to his role with Palise Property.
He has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Property Development, Investment and Valuation and has a keen interest in understanding all aspects of the market.
He has a knack for turning complex market data into practical insights that our clients can readily use, thereby empowering them to make informed and forward-thinking decisions that are backed by reliable data and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Belinda Stanley
Commercial Property Acquisitions
Energetic and client-focused, Belinda is a dynamic addition to Palise Property and brings a wealth of experience and a new perspective to the team.
Having served as a dedicated primary school teacher for over five years, she holds both a Bachelor of Education and Masters in Teaching. Using these experiences, Belinda possesses a remarkable ability to connect with people and understand their needs.
Belinda is a self-motivated property investor with a growing property portfolio of residential and commercial, she now uses her passion to help educate people about real estate.
Armed with a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Belinda has seamlessly transitioned into the world of property. Her passion for property is evident in her ability to leverage her knowledge and enthusiasm to guide clients through the intricacies of real estate.
Outside of work, Belinda finds joy in playing with her golden retriever, Harry, solving jigsaw puzzles, exploring the pages of a good book and achieving personal fitness goals with her trusty Peloton bike.
Angela Flannery

We are proud having Angela as a part of our team. With her extensive expertise and 10+ year experience in client liaising, Angela has consistently demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication in delivering high-quality work and outcomes.
Angela brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to our organization, including experience in all facets of office management, including business administration, project management, staff management and customer relation systems.
In addition to her technical skills, Angela is a proactive and efficient team player who is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.
Angela is an experienced semi-professional Boxer and plays and coaches Rugby Union in her spare time. Even though she could restrain any of our staff, she chooses not to even when we annoy her!
