From his previous career in Civil Engineering, Liam understands that first and foremost the numbers need to make sense particularly when it comes to investing in property.

Throughout his journey as a Chartered Civil Engineer managing large infrastructure projects worth a total of $2.8bn, he has amassed an enviable property portfolio that continues to expand each year. Liam has now gained numerous qualifications in the property space, becoming a qualified Real Estate Agent, and a Buyers Agent.

He is passionate about helping people first to understand why they should be investing in their financial future through property. Understanding the needs of his clients, Liam can formulate the appropriate strategy for each unique situation, providing expert advice for his clients to make an informed decision promptly.

Liam firmly believes that time is our most precious resource. By leveraging other people’s time and expertise, as well as using property as a leveraging tool, he knows we can all succeed together and enjoy life on our terms.

As the Chief Operating Officer at Palise Property, Kelly brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic leadership style to the organisation. With a career spanning over 20 years, she has cultivated a reputation for excellence in operational management, driving growth and fostering impactful relationships.

Kelly’s wide-ranging experiences span from successfully scaling a startup from conception to pre-IPO stage to optimising fundraising efforts for nonprofit organisations. These diverse endeavours have equipped her with a versatile skill set and a well-documented history of achievement in navigating dynamic business environments.

With a passion for implementing customer-centric strategies to optimise both B2C and B2B functions, Kelly’s ability to drive sustainable growth while ensuring client satisfaction remains at the forefront of all operations here at Palise Property. Outside of her professional endeavours and as a Mum to two very active boys, you can find Kelly most weekends on the sideline of a soccer pitch with a coffee in hand!

Michael joins us as an accomplished commercial real estate agent who has worked in the Brisbane commercial property market for the last decade.

During this time, Michael was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to sell and lease properties across the wider Brisbane area covering the Industrial, Office & Retail sectors. With assets ranging in price from $300,000 – $5,000,000, he has had experience working with both first-time & seasoned property investors alike.

Michael’s background prior to real estate was as a qualified electrician, which has uniquely equipped him with a hands-on, down-to-earth, common sense & problem-solving approach to the property industry.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys a game of golf & barbecuing with close friends and family but can be found most weekends spending time with his wife & two children.

Energetic and client-focused, Belinda is a dynamic addition to Palise Property and brings a wealth of experience and a new perspective to the team.

Having served as a dedicated primary school teacher for over five years, she holds both a Bachelor of Education and Masters in Teaching. Using these experiences, Belinda possesses a remarkable ability to connect with people and understand their needs.

Belinda is a self-motivated property investor with a growing property portfolio of residential and commercial, she now uses her passion to help educate people about real estate. Armed with a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Belinda has seamlessly transitioned into the world of property. Her passion for property is evident in her ability to leverage her knowledge and enthusiasm to guide clients through the intricacies of real estate.

Outside of work, Belinda finds joy in playing with her golden retriever, Harry, solving jigsaw puzzles, exploring the pages of a good book and achieving personal fitness goals with her trusty Peloton bike.

Gill Cox joins Palise Property as Head of Marketing, bringing a wealth of experience in brand strategy, growth marketing and customer engagement. With a career built around helping businesses scale through clear positioning and high-impact campaigns, Gill specialises in translating complex services into compelling stories that resonate with the right audience. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity and performance, ensuring marketing not only looks great, but delivers measurable results.

Gill has led marketing initiatives across digital, content, partnerships and brand development, with a strong focus on building trust and long-term relationships with clients. She is passionate about creating marketing ecosystems that support the full customer journey, from first touchpoint through to loyalty and advocacy. Her approach combines data-driven decision making with authentic storytelling, a balance that aligns perfectly with Palise Property’s commitment to transparency, education and client success.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and sharp commercial mindset, Gill thrives on building strong internal teams and working closely with sales and operations to drive sustainable growth. She is excited to elevate the Palise brand, strengthen client engagement and help more investors access the guidance and opportunities they need to build long-term wealth through property.

In her spare time, Gill can be found running with friends, running the kids around, and running after the dog. If she’s not running, you might find her camping, tinkering away at a business idea or planning her next challenge or adventure.

David is a lover of property! He has a vast experience in residential and commercial property sourcing, inspections, analytics, and settlement management. Having completed a bachelor’s degree in Property Valuation, David brings another level to our due diligence team and property analytics.

As soon as you meet him, you can see his honest and genuine passion for property and client success. Previously, having 20+ years’ experience in the domestic and international hotel sector, David has transitioned his skills in managing clients’ interests and assets to the property investment industry!

David is also a member of the API Property Professionals Board and shares a passion for food, wine, travel, and the never-ending pursuit of reducing his golf handicap.

Having been with Palise Property since the beginning, Jeff is the absolute backbone of the company, ensuring a smooth process and optimum outcome for all our clients.

Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in Health Science, and in his previous career was responsible for running gym and health programs for the University of Western Sydney. He has transferred his organisation skills and attention to detail into the property industry flawlessly.

Jeff assists in all aspects of the business – performing due diligence on all our properties, collating files and documents, as well as supporting the sales team and our clients. Daily, he is communicating with selling agents and solicitors to facilitate a smooth settlement process for all parties.

Jeff has a diverse array of contacts and connections in his database combined with extensive in-depth knowledge of the commercial and residential market.

Letitia (or Teesh) is an accomplished professional with an unmatched passion for property investment, renovations, and developments. Letitia’s expertise encompasses project management, financial analysis, strategic property investment, and real estate development. She has a remarkable ability to solve complex problems.

Letitia’s journey from a paramedic to property investment exemplifies her dynamic adaptability and innate problem-solving skills. Her early experience in healthcare has instilled in her a keen attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results.

With a background in Engineering and Project Management, Matt brings a sharp analytical mindset and a solutions-driven approach to residential acquisitions. His technical expertise, combined with hands-on experience in property investment and development, enables him to assess sites with precision and unlock their full potential.

A lifelong lover of property, Stefan Kalajdzic holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property) and brings over a decade of experience as a professional valuer to his role as Acquisitions Manager. In his previous role, Stefan specialised in all types of valuations including prestige residential, residential developments, insurance assessments, mortgage assessments, and family law mediation work.

Now focused on the buyer’s side, Stefan enjoys working closely with clients to help them secure the right property with confidence. He leverages his valuation expertise to lead strategic property sourcing and in-depth analysis — ensuring every purchase is based on quality, value, and long-term potential.

Based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Stefan enjoys spending time at the beach, travelling regularly, and relaxing with family, friends, and his two cavoodles, Alfie and Teddy.

Albert is a property economist and investment consultant with over seven years of experience in various roles, including property valuation, research, and academia. He is currently completing a PhD at the University of New South Wales, where his research explores how commercial property investors behave and allocate capital under conditions of economic uncertainty.

With a strong foundation in data-driven analysis, he works across macroeconomic trends, market fundamentals, and investor sentiment to help identify opportunities and guide sound investment decisions. He has authored several peer-reviewed articles and industry reports on a wide range of topics – property investment, investor behaviour, housing finance, green building adoption, and Build-to-Rent (BTR) housing models.

Albert is also a certified green building expert and holds multiple certifications in data analysis, financial modelling, and decision intelligence. He brings a unique blend of academic depth and commercial insight to every project – combining rigorous research, practical experience, and a passion for translating complex data into actionable strategies.

Coming from a decade of experience in real estate, through various roles from project marketing to buyers agency, Robert understands the typical journey that any buyer and investor goes through.

Having made his share of property mistakes in the past, he can relate to the typical paralysis that a normal real estate consumer goes through due to the abundance of options and noise of conflicting information. Because of this, he is able to emphatically relate his experience and guide any buyer to safely navigate their own property journey towards their desired long-term goal.

Outside of work, Robert finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and 8-year old son and is particularly pleased when his son (and his soccer team) are able to make noticeable improvements in their weekly games and gradually narrow their losing score against the top teams.

Morwenna Lewis joins Palise Property as Office Manager, bringing a strong background in administration, team coordination and operational support. With a natural talent for organisation and an eye for detail, Morwenna plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day running of the business is smooth, efficient and well-supported. She thrives in fast-paced environments where clear systems, proactive communication and reliable follow-through make all the difference.

Morwenna’s experience spans office management, team support and client-facing administration, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to keep both people and processes aligned. She is passionate about creating structure behind the scenes so the wider team can focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. From managing workflows and improving systems to supporting staff and maintaining a positive office culture, Morwenna brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to everything she does.

Known for her friendly nature and can-do attitude, Morwenna is dedicated to building strong working relationships and fostering an organised, supportive environment across the business.

Outside of the office, Morwenna enjoys spending time outdoors on country hikes, maintaining an active lifestyle through paddle and pilates, and attending festivals and events.

Lisa Hiscock is an accomplished insurance broker, specialising in insurance solutions for Australian property investors.

Lisa has built a strong foundation in the insurance industry through various senior roles across Australia and the United Kingdom. She served as a Senior Underwriter in Reinsurance at AXIS Capital in London from 2021 to 2024, specializing in casualty treaty. Before that, she spent over five years with AXA XL in Sydney, where she held senior underwriting positions focusing on crisis management.

Her career includes experience at several other prominent insurance organisations, including a stint as a facultative reinsurance broker at Aon Benfield and nearly five years as an underwriter at Hiscox in London. Early in her career, she served as Vice President of the University of Essex Students’ Union, demonstrating leadership capabilities from the start of her professional journey.

With over 14 years of experience in insurance and underwriting across multiple markets and specialties, Lisa has developed extensive expertise in risk assessment and management, which she now brings to her role at Palise Property.
